• Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

• Foreclosure Attorney
• to join our growing legal team and head our foreclosure department at our
• Monmouth County, New Jersey office
• . In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a critical role in managing the foreclosure process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionals to ensure compliance with foreclosure laws while delivering outstanding legal service.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a meaningful impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process from initiation through resolution
• Ensure full compliance with applicable New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania foreclosure laws and procedures
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and filings with precision
• Collaborate with legal teams, clients, courts, and third-party vendors
• Oversee case timelines and manage competing priorities effectively
• Provide expert guidance on foreclosure strategy and best practices
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of
• New Jersey
• (required)
• Active license to practice law in the state of
• New York and / or Pennsylvania
• (preferred)
• Minimum
• five years of experience
• in foreclosure law or related legal fields
• Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure statutes and court procedures
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency with foreclosure platforms and legal software, including :
• Provantage
• CaseMax
• LexisNexis
