Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadway, bridge, utility, or large site development work, along with the leadership and technical skills needed to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of project management from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Engineers, Estimators, and field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure compliance and constructability.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and ongoing vendor relationships.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, production rates, and financial metrics to ensure profitability and schedule adherence.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Lead progress meetings with owners, DOT representatives, municipalities, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Solve field challenges through effective communication, planning, and resource coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
