Sabio Hospitality Group (Sabio on Main, Crush'd Wine Bar & Kitchen, Pivot Craft Kitchen & Bar) is looking for an experienced Cook to join our flagship Michelin rated Sabio on Main kitchen! You will work with Chef / Partner Francis Hogan and his tightly knit team producing a constantly evolving, seasonally driven menu. We execute an extremely seasonal menu featuring the incredible products our farmers and ranchers provide us with. We open for dinner daily offering both a la carte options as well as a curated chef's tasting menu. We also offer weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and Happy Hour on weekdays.
To be successful in this role, you are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through consistent, high-quality food. With previous experience as a cook, you are able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. We are a collaborative kitchen and welcome input on the menu.
Responsibilities :
Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred
Effective communication skills
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
