Well-respected community-based hospital looking for a Primary Care Physician to work in Northern Illinois about an hour from Rockford, IL!

Board-Eligible / Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

FM will see all ages / IM Will see ages 18+

Schedule : full-time 40 hours Monday-Friday 8-5

100% outpatient

Call schedule is discussed on interview

EMR used is NextGen and Cerner

Open to new grads

Competitive salary around 250k depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, PTO, etc
