Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to document findings clearly and provide meaningful feedback to technical and operational teams. Experience delivering system demos or conducting user training sessions is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Systems Process Engineer
Pay Rate / Range : $35.00
Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Location : Louisville, KY
Duration : 6 months
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough testing of user requirements and scenarios within the system to ensure functionality and alignment with operational needs.
- Evaluate system usability and efficiency, identifying any gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and system build teams to communicate system deficiencies and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing results, observations, and overall progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing status to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver system demonstrations or training sessions to end users and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of both the system architecture and warehouse operations to inform testing and feedback processes.
