Required Qualifications :
Medical Assistant Certificate / Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program OR national certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, CCBMA, or MMCI.Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plansDemonstrated ability to prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and reporting patient history summaries2 years working as an MA in an outpatient clinic or medical office settingProficiency with blood / lab draws and venipunctureInterest in temp to perm opportunitiesPreferred Qualifications :
2+ years working as a MA in OrthopedicsExperience with CS-Link / EpicExperience with Quest Diagnostic laboratory submissionsPhlebotomy certificationUnderstanding of medical terminologyJob Duties :
