• Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
• Scope of Practice : Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
• Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
• License and certification : Board Certified, WI State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification (client will provide training for DOT at the start so you can obtain the cert)
