Flower & Twine is growing — and we're looking for a strategic, operations-focused COO to join as an equity partner.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in inventory, food & beverage, floral, or production-based industries to help scale a creative, high-potential brand from the inside out. You'll bring structure, systems, and strategy — we'll bring the flowers, magic, and momentum.

What You'll Do :

• Build and optimize back-end systems across floral design, e-commerce, events & subscriptions
• Oversee inventory, production workflows, and vendor relationships
• Manage financial operations including budgeting and forecasting
• Help lead team growth, hiring, and logistics
• Work in close partnership with the founder and creative team
