We are seeking ambitious Sales Professionals possessing a problem-solving and growth mindset to join the BDR team. To be successful in the BDR role, you will need to be able to demonstrate both technical prospecting craft and relevant soft skills for generating sales opportunities for the team, and you are someone who can be "comfortable with the uncomfortable" of cold outreach beyond being just a strong communicator. RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, plan, and conduct outbound & inbound prospecting activities on accounts within an assigned territory to create and grow a pipeline of net-new prospects
Qualify prospects and generate introductory meetings for the sales team
Consistently meet or exceed BDR metrics on a monthly basis
Collaborate with Marketing to strategize on target accounts and ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects to Account Executives
Ensure that all account information relevant to the BDR process is accurate and up to date
QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of a CRM and Outreach platforms as a BDR or related roles
Working knowledge of sales processes in a Saas environment
Working knowledge of BDR qualification methodology
2 years of outbound sales experience
Goal-oriented mindset for career advancement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training / education
Experience selling to the trade industry is preferred
Pay range is $90K - $100K On Target Earnings. Base pay is $ 50,000-$60,000, depending on experience.
