Qualifications Education : Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree. Experience : Two year's experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable. Technical Skills : Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS. License / Certification : None Other : Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
