Duration : 3+ Months contract

Job Description :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for clinical and allied health roles.
• Partner with department leaders to assess current and future staffing needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Contribute to retention initiatives and workforce planning to support long-term organizational goals.
• Prepare and present recruiting metrics and reports as required.
