What we expect day to day

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects and solutions with Financial Institutions Issuers Merchants etc. This person will collaborate on challenging projects provide analysis and initiatives proactively seek existing opportunities thereby ensuring that Visa Consulting & Analytics is the preferred advisory partner.

Typical projects may include :

How does a financial institution increase market share in consumer credit cards

How should a credit card issuer use emerging technology to acquire the best customers

How does a financial institution grow their credit card portfolio while mitigating credit risk

How does a financial institution optimize their product offering

How should a credit card issuer use digital and emerging technology to acquire and retain the best customers

Specific Responsibilities include :

Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.

Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.

Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.

Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients such as business strategy product development & pricing customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications : Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89900 to 149550 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
