Cost Manager (Mech) – Construction

As Cost Manager, you'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor evaluations, and change management across complex scopes of work. What You'll Do :

• Lead MEP cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting across large-scale projects
• Review subcontractor bids, change orders, and payment apps
• Implement and manage project cost control systems
• Conduct risk-based cost analyses and align cost / schedule impacts
• Oversee change orders from evaluation through implementation
• Support procurement strategy and contract execution
• Advise leadership on design changes and cost implications
• Mentor junior staff and produce high-level cost reporting
