Pay : $36.00 – $48.00 per hour

• Position Summary

We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is focused on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC issues, provide reliable solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Key Responsibilities – HVAC Service Technician
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems
• Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
• Troubleshoot issues and apply practical solutions
• Interpret and apply local HVAC codes as needed
• Provide excellent customer service on every call
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, sales, and management
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including vehicle inventory
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
• Qualifications – HVAC Service Technician
• 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA certification required (Type II preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, reliable, with excellent attendance history
• Strong communication skills
• Physical Requirements
• Able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, high places, and all weather conditions
• Frequent climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, and standing
