Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs to design personalized therapy plans that help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families : Teach effective therapy techniques to patients and their families to enable ongoing progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt strategies as needed, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery
