As an Assembler you will work within a team to to build Walker Evans shocks from start to this role youll utilize various hand and power tools following work instructions to achieve our Polaris quality standards. If you enjoy being a part of a team and using your problem-solving skills then this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of products with complex functions requiring independent judgment
• Understand and follow established procedures and processes to safely produce quality parts
• Recognize communicate and document safety concerns
• Troubleshoot and adjust to build a quality product
• Perform housekeeping and 5S to keep the department clean safe and well organized
• Complete work documentation accurately such as production orders tags and quality sheets

The starting pay range for California is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour plus eligibility for pay and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.

To qualify for this position former employees must be eligible for rehire and current employees must be in good standing.
