Job description

A company is looking for a Director, Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of communications and presentations

Act as a primary point of contact for investors and analysts, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance

Deep knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements

Experience managing investor events and communications

Ability to obtain / maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
