Job Description

Run / manage project from start to finish

Manage Nashville Construction team

Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis

Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.

Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers and other parties related to the project.

Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant

Interiors construction experience required

Experience with restaurant build outs

Experience with office and retail construction a plus

5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent

Experience running a project from start to finish
