INTL - Industrial Automation Project Manager- EU

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead Industrial Automation Projects for a large Energy Management company from initiation to closure, ensuring the delivery of a solution that meets the business case objectives. This includes achieving stakeholders satisfaction, maintaining high quality standards, adhering to time-to-market targets, and managing product and project costs within committed goals. This role is ideal for someone with foundational project management experience who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while working closely with cross-functional teams located globally across multiple time zones. You will be required to work in GMT time zone. The pay rate for this position is based on years of experience and ranges between $20 / hr-$25 / hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• Engineering Degree (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc)
• 3+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Industry experience working within Industrial Automation or Building Automation
• Experience working with Electrical Engineering Vendors, Electrical / Automation Technology and applications
• Strong communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with PMP principles and Agile development frameworks (certification is a plus).
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English.
