This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans, communicating progress with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and billing standards.
- Contribute to team conferences, educate staff, and support professional development through ongoing education and peer interaction.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and equipment safety practices.
- Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
