Bilingual Pipe Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Pipe Superintendent to lead crews in the installation of water, sewer, and storm systems. This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, and the ability to manage multiple crews while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of water, sewer, and storm utilities
• Lead and manage 3 to 5 pipe crews
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work, materials, and equipment
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Enforce safety practices and conduct site inspections
• Approve crew timecards and oversee jobsite inventory
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
• Communicate clearly with teams, project managers, and leadership
