WHY WE NEED YOU :

We are looking for a unique individual who has exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, enjoys connecting with community members to understand problems and issues, and can work with our clients (local government agencies) to develop plans to address issues.

More specifically, the candidate would be able to :

• Stakeholder engagement via in-person meeting (facilitating meetings)
• Community event outreach (connecting with potential stakeholders)
• Help develop communications plans
• Ability to build partnerships with businesses and community organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates that have a background in communications, either public relations, journalism, community relations, or other fields where both spoken and written communication was critical to your work. And the ability to build rapport with people within and outside your organization to build collaborative efforts.
