Position : LEAD PEGA SYSTEM ARCHITECT (PEGA LSA)

Location : Schaumburg, IL

Duration : 6-12 Months

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design enterprise-level solutions using Pega , ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices.
  • Conduct high-level reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Interface with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into functional architectural designs.

Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of Pega Platform implementation experience, with a strong focus on Pega .
  • Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
  • Profound knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres.
  • Extensive experience in integrating Pega solutions with external APIs and enterprise systems.

    • Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, or similar sectors with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
