💵 Pay : $50- $59 / hr

🕒 Shift : Night - 3 X 12

📅 Contract : 3-Month (Possible Extension)

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse – Stepdown Unit ! We’re seeking an experienced RN who is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

✨ Responsibilities :

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care using nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices.
• Assess, evaluate, and manage patient care needs with critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, health promotion, and disease prevention.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with patients and families.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Document all aspects of care accurately in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned and ensure efficient patient throughput.
• Engage in continuous professional development and support an environment of learning and teamwork.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications :

NYS RN License (required)

🎓 Education :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
