Let's get straight to the point-splinting experience required, awkward recruiter lingo not.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who feels at home in the world of tendons, joints, and dynamic splints. If you enjoy the rhythm of outpatient adult ortho, find joy in functional gains, and can whip up a custom orthosis with confidence, we've got a spot for you in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

What we're looking for :

Whether you're a fresh grad or a seasoned pro, here's the minimum for an interview :

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (Florida license or eligibility)
• New grads : You've had 3-6 months of outpatient adult ortho / hand therapy fieldwork
• Experienced OTs : 1-3 years of adult hand therapy experience
• You can fabricate splints / orthotics efficiently and don't shy away from the tough cases
• A CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) is preferred but not required. If you're working toward it-awesome.
