We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
• Manage SEC reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual filings.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee the financial consolidation process using tools such as OneStream.
• Collaborate with auditing teams to support internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement efficient reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in financial reporting.
• Support special projects related to financial systems and reporting enhancements.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Proven expertise in SEC reporting, including preparation of annual and quarterly filings.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in using financial consolidation systems, such as OneStream.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with audit processes, both internal and external.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to work collaboratively across teams.
