Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Supervisor (Food Production)

As the Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the catalyst who transforms reactive fixes into proactive reliability—building a culture where every mechanic can diagnose a PLC hiccup, every PM is done right the first time, and every action supports food safety.

How you'll make an impact

• Reliability first : Evaluate facility, manufacturing, and support systems to prevent downtime; initiate and execute improvements.
• Team growth : Coach technicians on troubleshooting methods and professional conduct; mentor for career advancement.
• Program excellence : Expand Preventive / Predictive Maintenance using the CMMS to manage work orders, purchasing, inventory, and asset history.
• Automation mastery : Resolve issues across PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Electrical depth : Lead diagnostics for power distribution, motor controls, VFDs, servo systems, and robotics.
• Packaging and process : Troubleshoot automated packaging lines and process equipment (pumps, valves, meters, mixers).
• Core utilities : Maintain and troubleshoot steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration systems.
• Technical literacy : Read and apply electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Food safety leadership : Uphold corporate standards for food safety, culture, quality, and sanitation; ensure clean, safe, contamination-free work.
• Safety culture : As a frontline leader, make safety non-negotiable and visible in daily routines.
