About The Position

Days- M -F, 8-hour shifts

Full-time COTA for SNF

• Provide

occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational

Therapist

developing and implementing treatment plans for patients

assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals

therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills,

coordination, and functional abilities

patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices

document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
