What you will be doing
Develop comprehensive digital strategies informed by audience insights, platform behavior, and client goals.
Identify the right mix of channels, messaging, content formats, and placements for each target audience.
Create audience journeys, communication frameworks, and campaign architectures.
Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies that position clients for success.
Collaborate with the creative team to shape platform-specific content and messaging.
Ensure messaging is tailored to each audience persona and aligned with channel best practices.
Recommend formats, tones, and storytelling approaches that resonate across platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.

Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media with experience across all social platforms
Strong project management skills, capable of onboarding, overseeing, and offboarding multiple digital projects and campaigns simultaneously
Experience optimizing digital campaigns, including social community management and an understanding of the broader ecosystem
Strong skills in data analysis and navigating platforms such as Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Facebook Insights. (Meltwater experience is a plus.)
Ability to prepare and present client-ready analytics and metrics reporting, including distilled strategic insights.
Experience with website management and best practices, including but not limited to tag deployment for paid campaigns, SEO, metrics and website user experience

Has 4-7 years of experience in social media strategy, content development, and digital storytelling.
Leads the development of breakthrough social media and influencer campaigns that are insight-driven, visually compelling, and tailored to drive engagement, community growth, and brand storytelling.
Owns the full lifecycle of social content—from concepting and strategy through design and copy—delivering high-quality, platform-native content (including Reels, animations, carousels, and static posts).
Leads internal and client-facing social and influencer discussions, presents strategy and creative ideas with confidence, and ensures alignment between client objectives and social executions.
Develops and executes influencer strategies across a range of campaign types—leveraging tools like Klear to identify, vet, and engage the right creators across micro, mid-tier, and macro levels. Ensures influencer partnerships align with brand goals, platform strategy, and target audiences.
Thinks beyond trends and calendars to craft thumb-stopping campaigns that are original, culturally relevant, and on-brand. Proactively identifies opportunities for social innovation, creative storytelling, and influencer amplification.
Designs and writes social content that's customized by platform and audience; has a strong understanding of how design, copy, and motion work together to tell a story.
Uses data and platform insights to inform both social and influencer strategies, iterate on content, and measure success. Fluent in analytics and able to turn metrics into meaningful creative recommendations.
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, relevant design / motion tools; also experienced with social scheduling, listening, and influencer tools like Klear.
Mentors junior social talent, contributes to new business pitches, and plays a leadership role in evolving the agency's social, influencer, and digital creative capabilities.
The salary range for this position is $88,300 – $127,200.
