Job Summary
The Director of Academic Assessment, Accreditation, and Evaluation provides strategic leadership to advance a culture of evidence-based improvement across Colorado College. This role oversees assessment for all academic programs-including majors and general education-by guiding faculty, coordinating assessment activities, and ensuring clear resources and best practices. Supporting and partnering with the College's Accreditation Liaison Officer to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), the director manages all aspects of accreditation, from preparing assurance arguments and evidentiary materials to facilitating campus-wide engagement and site visits. Additionally, the position administers external reviews for academic departments, supporting self-studies and delivering data and documentation to external reviewers. This position will administer and chair the Colorado Institutional Review Board. This is a highly collaborative role that drives continuous improvement and academic excellence across the institution.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in a related field. One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience. Anticipated Hiring Salary Range :
$88,061 to $110,077 per year
