A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler responsible for managing patient appointments and ensuring proper equipment delivery and instruction. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers Document patient interactions and ensure timely processing of orders and requests Required Qualifications High School Diploma One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles, insurance customer service, or related fields Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred Knowledge of health care products and insurance guidelines Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively over the phone
