Akkodis is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead for a Direct Hire job with a client located in Plano, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range : $150,000 to $170,000; + bonus -The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Location : Plano, TX (4-days in office, 1-day home)

Top 3 Skillsets / Non-Negotiable :

• Quality Engineering – SD Background / testing at some point
• Automation – DevOps, process automation, python
• Practical Exp use of AI Tools (Windsurf IDE / Cursor IDE) OpenAI

Summary

This is an in-house / on-site position. You must currently reside in the DFW Metroplex area of Texas to be considered. The Platform Engineering Lead will spearhead the transformation of ODS’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) by establishing scalable, cloud-native platforms and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in test automation, modern DevOps practices, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will also build and mentor a high-performing team in India to support global operations while driving platform standardization, quality, and compliance across ODS’s initiatives.
