  • About the Role :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Analyst to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Behavioral Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress for clients. Your main goal will be to improve the quality of life for our clients by promoting positive behavior changes and reducing challenging behaviors. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments to identify behavior problems and develop intervention plans
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress
  • Provide training and support to clients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Skills :

    As a Behavioral Analyst, you will use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other professionals and provide training and support to clients, families, and caregivers. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring coordinated care and the best possible outcomes for our clients. Additionally, your experience with crisis management and de-escalation techniques will be beneficial in handling challenging situations that may arise.
