A reputable, privately held commercial general contractor in the Stillwater area is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team. This firm focuses on ground-up commercial projects up to $20M, delivering high-quality work with a strong local presence and long-standing client relationships.

Position Overview : The ideal candidate will lead multiple ground-up projects, coordinate directly with ownership, and help support the company's continued growth. This role offers significant autonomy, low bureaucracy, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a smaller, well-run organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from planning through completion
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, change orders, budgeting, and documentation
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team and support light business development efforts
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term company direction
