Role Overview

As a Geriatric Medicine Physician, you will :

• Provide comprehensive, person-centered care to older adults, including those with multiple chronic conditions.
• Lead a Geriatric Inpatient Consult Service at Northern Dutchess Hospital.
• Establish a patient panel at local long-term care facilities.
• Provide Consultative Geriatric Outpatient Assessments in a flourishing in-demand practice.
• Serve as faculty for our Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, precepting fellows and Family Medicine residents in hospital and rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including social workers, behavioral health specialists, and a large multi-specialty medical group.
• Opportunities for faculty development and career growth.
