Key Responsibilities
Identifying and writing Knowledge-Based Articles (KBAs)
Making recommendations to enhance user experience
Creating presentations for senior executives regarding recommendations
Required Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 and / or 365 suite
Experience in writing documentation, not just user experience
Experience working with senior executives
Familiarity with tools such as WordPress and RightAnswers is preferred
Strong organizational skills
