Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent / Supply Chain SME to join the S / 4HANA Implementation Team based out of Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ. This role will represent procurement operations and supply chain functions through all stages of the S / 4HANA implementation. The position requires a deep understanding of our current procurement systems, supplier engagement, and day-to-day transactional processes. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & 5 Procurement Agent / Supply Chain SME Specialists.

Position Responsibilities :

• Represent procurement and supply chain processes and document / map current "as-is" procurement workflows (requisitions, POs, goods receipt, invoices)
• Represent procurement and supply chain processes during Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Validate that sourcing, PO approval, and supplier management processes meet business needs within SAP standard functionality
• Assist in developing training content, test scripts, and change management materials
• Identify and minimize the need for system customization (target
• Support UAT (user acceptance testing), data validation, and end-user training
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure integration across the Procure-to-Pay process
