Your Role : Ocean Import or Export Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing ocean import or export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments

Pre-alert agents and shippers, organize and prepare required documentation

Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination

Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading

Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations

Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients

What We re Looking For :

2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding operations

Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics

Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills

Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment

Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry

Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
