Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position that involves providing services both in-clinic and in-home for clients located in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities :

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.

Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements.

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications :

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .

NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain LBA.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel to in-home clients.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary : $85,000$88,000 / year , based on experience
