Job descriptionPrepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in general accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
