Join Mimecasts rapidly growing Customer Development team a high-velocity sales environment that focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts. We are looking for a self-motivated team-oriented individual with strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in upselling and retaining customers. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced agile and collaborative environment.

What Youll Do :

Revenue Growth : Achieve monthly quarterly and annual upsell revenue targets.

Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

Sales Planning : Develop and execute account and sales activity plans to meet revenue quotas.

Incremental Sales : Drive additional revenue by selling new technology to current customers.

Collaboration : Work with the Partner / Channel Development team to execute account plans.

Business Administration : Manage KPI reporting and CRM housekeeping.

Sales Methodology : Follow and implement end-to-end sales processes.

Customer Engagement : Conduct regular account reviews and customer meetings.

Training & Development : Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

What Youll Bring :

Sales Expertise : Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.

Technical Knowledge : Understanding of corporate IT teams their buying processes and the corporate technology stack.

Skills : Strong business acumen excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a results-oriented mindset.

Work Ethic : Self-starter with a dynamic confident presentation style and a can-do attitude.

Hybrid Working Flexibility : Ability to work in a hybrid model and come on-site to our Lexington MA office.

The US OTE range for this position is $144000-$216000 benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire on-target earnings for this position. This position may also be eligible for other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
