Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing The 92nd Medical Group at Fairchild AFB near Spokane with Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs). The Pediatric NPs or PAs are expected to perform the following :

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections in pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering therapies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging, and screenings.
• Administer immunizations and ensure adherence to pediatric vaccination schedules.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, growth and development, and preventive healthcare.
• Assist in minor procedures and emergency care as needed. Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate families on disease prevention, home care, and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in continuing education.
