Are you a talented, creative data driven marketer with a passion for creating integrated marketing programs? We are looking for an experienced marketer who will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of full-lifecycle marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel programs, including both inbound and outbound tactics. This high-profile role will strategize, create, manage, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs enabled by our marketing platform. - Craft and enhance the marketing strategy for moving customers through the customer journey. The strategy must employ a multi-touch approach; integrating channels such as : email, direct channels, social media, web, mobile, and more to engage target prospects and customers, coordinating activity across multiple channels, including marketing automation, digital and sales
- Document the lifecycle journeys, audience manifesto and personas in the Marketing Strategy
- Leverage CRM, marketing and analytic systems to execute the above at scale, track performance, and optimize efforts to deliver high quality leads while mainstreaming the best performing tactics
- Collaborate with content marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, events and branding teams to develop messaging, supporting content and experiences that inspire action and attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) and optimization of our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Own closed-loop analytics for your business unit(s), including standard program conversion rates by program type, pipeline creation, acceleration and win / loss dynamics to inform strategic planning to continually refine our process to convert customers
- Be the marketing expert for your business unit(s) and ensure constant communication around marketing plans and marketing results to all stakeholders involves
- Manage the spend of approved marketing funds
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience of 6 years marketing experience
- Strong integrated marketing skills with experience managing integrated marketing programs and campaigns
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics 365, landing page personalization, retargeting ad networks and social advertising platforms or similar systems to identify, engage and track relevant prospects at target accounts
- Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
- Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and executive presentation skills are required
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact and influence
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
