In this Supplier Engagement Leader role you will have engagement with commodity leadership and fulfillment teams to evaluate supply base strategies and capabilities to execute to plans. Work to ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs. Your day will be acting as a leader to enhance supplier processes, capabilities and performance to achieve long term targets. Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives and improvement plans, developing innovation and capacity within the supply base. The role will support the Material Shipped Direct (MSD), Balance of Plant (BOP) and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) value streams within the HDNU projects sourcing team.
