Salary : $50,000 – $65,000 per year + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

Job Type : Full-Time | Field-Based (90%) | Office-Based (10%)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Construction Field Support Specialist to join our dynamic team during the construction phase of our structural restoration projects. This role is field-focused, with daily site visits across Central Florida (from Titusville to Fort Pierce), and occasional office work based in our Cocoa Beach location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily visits to multiple construction sites to gather field data, measurements, and photographic documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, contractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain and organize project documentation using platforms like Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive, and QuickBase.
• Update and manage records including repair maps, quantity spreadsheets, reports, and site photos.
• Operate drones for aerial photography (training can be provided).
• Ensure safety compliance while working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or swing stages.
