• Pittsburgh Weekday and Weekend Shift Availability Field Staff Entry Level   Med Plus Staffing is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team to work in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing-coordinated care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.   The ideal candidate is passionate about providing superior care through a demonstrated understanding of patient needs.

Monitor and record changes in patient physical and / or mental status, signs & symptoms of condition recovery, deterioration, or adverse effects.  Communicate and delegate patient care to assigned staff.  Supervise, ensuring implementation of tasks and interventions.  Care for patients, staff, and self by supporting and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and complying with Infection Control Procedures.   Recognize hazards, report and investigate incidents in a timely manner in accordance with facility policies.   Qualifications :
