The Purpose :

We are looking for a CAD / Engineering Department Manager to join our growing team in Denver. As our CAD Manager, you'll be at the center of transforming bold ideas into extraordinary physical experiences. You'll turn complex designs into precise, build-ready engineering data from initial concept to final installation. This role isn't just about managing drawings-it's about owning the CAD process, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every detail supports the creative vision while meeting real-world constraints. The Job :

• Lead the development, management, and review of CAD files and documentation for fabrication and installation projects.
• Enforce and maintain compliance with internal CAD standards, SOPs, and naming conventions.
• Work cross-functionally to interpret design concepts into accurate engineering data that supports buildability and efficiency.
• Manage CAD project milestones and file submissions via Czarnowski's intranet, including :

33% - Control models / documents complete

The Person :

Colorado Salary and Benefit Statement :

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.

Colorado Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 annually

This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
