Job Title : Epic PB Analyst

Location-Type : 100% Remote (MUST reside in one of the following states : CO, CT, DE, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV)

Start Date Is : 11 / 3 (pending confirmation)

Duration : 9-12 months (contract)

Compensation Range : $65-$77 / hr on W2

Job Description :

Seeking an Epic PB Analyst to support ongoing builds, testing, and quarterly upgrades, particularly in orthodontics and specialty modules.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Execute Epic Professional Billing build tasks for new modules (e.g., orthodontics)
• Perform functional and charge testing post-build
• Support Epic quarterly upgrade cycles, including a triple go-live
• Collaborate with claims analysts and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful charge capture and claim generation
• Participate in meetings and address end-user inquiries

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in Epic PB

Claims and Remittance certifications
