We specialize in single-family and small multifamily rentals , delivering white-glove service through powerful systems and a collaborative, global team.

You’ll be empowered to manage properties remotely using an integrated tech stack that removes friction and boosts tenant and landlord satisfaction. Your work hours are 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific Time, including weekend shifts.

Compensation : 5 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities : What You’ll Own :

  • End-to-end leasing and tour coordination using ShowMojo and FollowUpBoss CRM
  • Application processing, approvals, lease drafting, and renewals using Rentvine property management software
  • Maintenance tracking and vendor coordination, documented in Rentvine
  • CRM-based communication and follow-up with prospects and residents using
  • Ensuring prompt unit turnovers and high lease-up efficiency

Qualifications :

You’re a Great Fit If You :

  • Have hands-on property management experience (especially SFR or small MF)
  • Are well-versed with tools like Rentvine, ShowMojo, FollowUpBoss , and Zillow Rental Manager
  • Are process-driven, reliable, and thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment
  • Understand U.S. leasing regulations and tenant management best practices
  • Can collaborate effectively with both U.S. and India-based team members
  • Communicate clearly and document meticulously
