Description :

Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation therapy.

You will be responsible for evaluating patients and creating tailored treatment plans.

Conduct assessments such as fall risk assessments and physical therapy evaluations.

Manage a caseload of approximately 25 active patients.

Expected productivity is 8-10 visits per day.

Experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions is advantageous.

The working environment is business casual.

This role primarily serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
